General conditions

The booking becomes effective once the contract has been completed, signed with the mention “read and approved” and returned together with the down payment corresponding to 25% of the total amount + 10 € / pitches or 12 € /rental non-reimbursable booking fees. At reception of the contract and the booking fees we will send you a booking confirmation that you will have to show upon arrival. The contract is strictly personal and can not be given to a third person. It is strictly forbidden to exceed the authorized number of people in the rental accommodation as stated on the contract.
Arrival and departure: Arrivals for the rental accommodations are scheduled between 3 and 7 pm. In case of late arrival please inform reception on 00 33 (0)4 75 31 43 33. An inventory list is available in the rental accommodation. Please inform reception straight away about any problems. No complaints afterwards are taken into consideration. Departures are scheduled between 7.30 and 10 am. Caravan pitches: Arrivals from 12 pm. Pitches have to be vacated by 12 pm at departure day. Without any information within the 48 hours after the planned arrival, the management disposes of the right to rent the rental accommodation or the pitch to another person.
Payment: Pitches and rentals: The balance has to be paid upon arrival after re-calculation of the effective stay. Late arrival or early departure will not deduct.
Cancellation: in case of cancellation, the booking fees remain the  property of the management and you will have to pay a fee for breach of contract i.e.:
- An amount corresponding to 25 % of the cost of your stay in case you cancel 16 days or more before arrival day.
- The entire amount of your stay is due in case you cancel less than 15 days before arrival or in case of no show.
We recommend to subscribe to a cancellation insurance (FFCC: 00 33 (0)1.42.72.84.08).
Security deposit: At arrival a security deposit of 400 euros is requested for the rental accommodations, covering any charges
for deterioration or missing objects and to guarantee the final cleaning of the rental accommodation. This deposit is returned after check out and any charges will be deducted.
Cleaning: In case of a non-satisfying cleaning of the rental accommodation an amount of 50 euros will be deducted to cover the charges of making the rental accommodation ready to welcome the next family.
Visitors: Visitors have to be presented at reception and will have to pay the visitors tax.
Pets: House animals are tolerated, after agreement of the direction, under imperative conditions to be tattooed and are vaccinated against the rage (up to date notebook) with an animal supplement of 3 €/night. They must be kept with leaves and walked out of the camp-site. They should never only be left. The access to the swimming pool and sanitary theirs is strictly prohibited .Owners are responsible to tidy up after them and to respect common hygiene. Non-respect of these rules implies immediate exclusion of the campsite without any reimbursement.
Barbecues: Use of deep-frying pans and barbecues is strictly forbidden in the rental accommodations. Only gas or electric barbecues are allowed on the campsite.
Swimming pool: The swimming pool is free and exclusively reserved to the people residing on the camp-site. Swimming shorts or Bermudas are prohibited in the swimming pool In low season it is possible that certain services are changed or cancelled. The contract implies the respect of the house rules of the campsite as presented in reception and by signing the contract you accept to respect and to obey to these rules, A legal responsibility insurance is obligatory.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be insured; the campsite declines all responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather conditions or other incident implying customer’s responsibility. In case of litigation only the Court of Romans sur Isere will be qualified
